I will later forward the Video to all my family who never saw my College (except my Dad sister and one brother Dec 1957 BEFORE I got addmitted through a GOVT of Zanzibar SCHOLARSHIP 1958

My Only (Surviving past Infancy) Sister, did came on her way Back from the UK to Zanzibar...September 1960 just for a night -
A Friend who could drive a car picked me up at College then took me to Pick her up at Entebbe Airport and then we dropped her back .
Beloved sister ! still as close to me as when we seen as Twins - 1945-1958 After that we were never together again as a Zanzibar Family

As Refugees from Zanzibar.1964 - our family of Five joined Big Sister who was in Mombasa since 1960.. she "got a Job" there - after being unable to get one in Zanzibar.. as a Teacher....
God's Plans are super amazing.. and they always work well

You are right.
One can hardly recognise Makerere we left behind.
So many new buildings and departments. Must have used up all those empty green spaces which were there. But it looks beautiful.
It’s expanded widely in terms of courses it offers now. Some buildings are very modern architecturally.
I did remember the main library and entrance to Mary Stuart Hall, the Arts Department but not much.

Great video 
I recognised many of the buildings although a lot of new ones have come up. Also they have taken up a lot of the green spaces we had - which is to be expected. I even refinished the weather station where I used to take readings every day and turn in the data sheets to the Geography Department
